Congratulations

Thank You to all cadets and staff that attended Wing Training Day 2010. We all had a great day and everybody did their very best at every event we entered. We didnt quite get the results we wanted but we had fun and had a great time regardless. Well Done Everybody !

hnm yes we didnt do as good as expected but we did do our best and tbh we WILL be doing much better next year as the whole drill team will be more experienced

There will also be some changes on the way things will be run.

August should be the start to these changes, and I will be working with the other members of staff and the Cadet NCOs to have everything sorted out.

Haha be lucky I'm not going slam ACP5 (Health and Safety) in your faces! Going through that manual for the risk assessments is the best way to fall asleep within 5 minutes.

New Drill Manual is due to be released soon, so most changes willl be IAW that!

My understanding is that the basics will remain, but the update will eliminate the "open to interpretation" element that the current ACP19 has.

WO Mitchell is re-writing it so everything is stated in black and white, which helps with the confusion that is brought on when people go on camps and other events with different Wings and Regions.
